You can cancel this order within two weeks after we have received it. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging. For more information on cancelling orders and returning items, please call us on 03 9530 8599. Vinntra Pty Ltd reserves the right to waive responsibility to refund if the seal on any item is damaged or appears to have been tampered with. Vinntra Pty Ltd may also reject any items returned that arrive damaged.
We will refund the price of all goods returned, minus any shipping costs. You must also pay the return shipping costs to us.
Vinntra Pty Ltd will use any mode of delivery available to it that it sees fit. Vinntra will send items within 7 business days of receiving an order. Postage costs are to be paid for by the client. Vinntra will take the utmost care when packaging goods, but accepts no responsibility for any goods damaged in transit.
